Acquisition of the Nashville, Tenn.-based system will expand Oceans’ network by seven behavioral health hospitals and outpatient locations in five states: Arizona, Idaho, Ohio, New Mexico and Pennsylvania.
Ocean’s goals are to expand access to care in Haven’s communities, enhance care delivery and continue to provide care to vulnerable individuals, according to a Jan. 2 system news release. The Haven acquisition expands Ocean’s footprint to 48 facilities in nine states.
