Dr. Dodson had his practice, Clarksville (Tenn.) Behavioral Health, submit claims to Medicare and Tricare for services he did not provide. Additionally, CBH had submitted claims on several dates between August 2016 and December 2018 for over 24 hours of services per day.

He also falsely claimed that additional CBH providers were Tricare certified when they were not. CBH then offered to repay approximately $135,412.16 to Tricare but continued submitting claims to Tricare and falsely representing providers as certified.

Dr. Dodson is facing up to five years in prison and a fine of $250,000 for each count. He is set to be sentenced in September.
