Mr. Guastello served as AMFM’s chief strategy officer for two years and was promoted to CEO based on his achievements with the company, including developing its telehealth platform and integrating its clinical model at new locations, according to a Nov. 29 news release from the health group.
In his new role, Mr. Guastello intends to continue the company’s expansion and further develop its programs and services, the release said.
