TCN Behavioral Health to build 40-unit apartment building

Xenia, Ohio-based TCN Behavioral Health Services has been granted a land-use change in Fairborn, Ohio, to construct a 40-unit apartment building, Dayton Daily News reported Dec. 5.

On 5.4 acres of land, the organization plans to build 35,000 square feet of one-bedroom apartments. It will have staff present at all times. 

Fairborn’s city council voted Dec. 5 to change the property’s zoning from medium density residential to planned unit development. 

TCN Behavioral Health specializes in mental health and addiction services and offers residential treatment.
