Talkspace has partnered with Amazon Pharmacy to improve medication access and adherence among its members.
Four things to know:
1. The collaboration allows Talkspace providers to send prescriptions for psychiatric medications directly to Amazon Pharmacy, which offers free home delivery.
2. Amazon Pharmacy also provides prescription refill reminders and offers many common medications for a $5 monthly subscription through its RxPass program.
3. Through Amazon’s Health Benefits Connector site, customers can check their therapy coverage or schedule appointments, typically within one to five days.
4. The partnership makes Talkspace the first behavioral health provider to integrate with Amazon Pharmacy, according to a May 29 news release.
