The expansion will support SimiTree’s behavioral health flagship, Infinity Behavioral Health Services, according to a Jan. 12 news release.

“This move delivers the scalability SimiTree needs to address the behavioral health industry’s growing need for our services as we head into 2023,” Bill Simione, SimiTree CEO and managing principal, said in the release. “We remain committed to providing a robust array of services to assist behavioral health providers in developing a stronger revenue cycle with improved cash flow, higher collection rates, and best-in-class processes.”

Afia uses data to combat challenges by simplifying electronic health record implementations, driving clinical best practice, optimizing revenue cycles, and creating information technology infrastructures that move behavioral businesses forward.

GreenpointMed will bolster SimiTree’s billing and debt recovery. It will offer behavioral health providers credentials with insurance services.
