Providence Health Plan added Scott Burton and Shannon Drotning to its executive leadership team, where they will lead its commercial and consumer markets, respectively.
Mr. Burton first served as the vice president of the health plan's growth strategies, during which he spearheaded the growth of the company's business and engagement with partners, according to a Dec. 8 news release from Providence. In his new role, he will lead the company's commercial sales and growth strategies.
Ms. Drotning previously managed the business's Medicare and individual coverage plans since September 2019. In her new role, she will lead state and regional consumer and specialty sales and growth strategies, according to the release.
