Port St. Lucie, Fla.-based Onyx Behavioral Health has opened a private mental health treatment center facility in Treasure Coast, Fla.
The new facility offers a variety of comprehensive services, including individual customized counseling, group therapy, psychiatric care, holistic healing, medication management and wellness support, according to a Nov. 14 news release.
Onyx Behavioral Health is part of behavioral health holding company USR Holdings, which specializes in substance abuse treatment and has locations across Florida, Maryland and Kentucky.
