Bradford’s 40 centers in Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, North Carolina and Arkansas are included in the deal, Lee Equity said Oct. 28. The provider offers services including inpatient, residential, outpatient rehab, extended care and detox services.
Lee Health adds Bradford to a mental health portfolio that includes Summit Behavioral Health and the Eating Recovery Center.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
