Press Ganey named its 2025 Human Experience Award recipients on Jan. 7, recognizing the top inpatient and outpatient behavioral health hospitals with “Pinnacle of Excellence” and “Guardian of Excellence” awards.
The Pinnacle of Excellence award honors three organizations for sustained high levels of excellence over a three-year period in patient experience, employee experience, physician engagement, consumer experience or member experience.
The Guardian of Excellence award honors organizations that, over a one-year period, consistently reach the top fifth percentile of their respective databases, demonstrating excellence in patient experience, employee experience, physician experience, consumer experience or clinical quality performance.
