PointClickCare Technologies has been awarded a contract with the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services.
Through this contract, PointClickCare will develop a behavioral health treatment and referral program for patients who are waiting for placement in emergency departments related to behavioral health, according to an Aug. 1 news release.
The platform will be used to automate behavioral health referral screening across acute and psychiatric hospitals, health insurance carriers and state agencies, such as the department of mental health and MassHealth.
