Ohio Hills Health Centers — which has locations in Belmont, Guernsey, Harrison, Monroe and Noble counties — has been given $650,000 in congressional funding through the 2023 Congressionally Directed Spending, according to a Jan. 15 report from the Daily Jeff.

This funding will be used to expand behavioral health services across the health centers, focusing on access and affordability. The funding will also address the disproportionate numbers of adults living in Appalachia with mental health conditions.
