The transition follows the announcement that UNC Health would stop services at the end of September. Alliance Health — which operates the Raleigh facility — and Wake County have selected RI International to resume operations of crisis services.
Crisis services will return to the facility in phases, starting with the estimated reopening of its walk-in crisis center in January, Alliance Health COO Sean Schreiber said in the report.
