Nebraska psychiatrist faces another sexual assault charge

Reynaldo de los Angeles, a psychiatrist from Kearney, Neb., was charged with another count of misdemeanor third-degree sexual assault of a former patient after being convicted of the same offense earlier this month, local news source the Kearney Hub reported Aug. 11.

On Aug. 3, Mr. de los Angeles was found guilty of sexually assauling a former female patient in August 2021. The new charge is for an assault that is said to have occurred in March 2021. 

After his conviction, he was released without posting bail.

His sentencing is scheduled for September.
