Online mental healthcare company Talkspace released its "Employee Stress Check Report 2022," which showed that 34 percent of 1,400 American full-time workers are currently considering quitting their job, but 66 percent of those considering quitting said access to mental health services may convince them to stay.

The survey was commissioned by Talkspace and conducted by the Harris Poll. It found that 66 percent of workers surveyed were never offered mental health services through their work.
