The county commissioners approved naming Munson Healthcare and replacing Northern Lakes Community Mental Health Authority as the fiduciary for the $5 million project, which will use American Rescue Plan Act funds designated for the county.

The first two phases of services at the mental health center are expected to be available in early 2024, the report said. These phases include adding outpatient therapy, peer support services, care coordination and nursing and psychiatric assessments.
