Magellan lands $1.2B Idaho behavioral health contract

Magellan Healthcare has been awarded the Idaho Behavioral Health Plan contract, according to a June 27 report from ABC affiliate KIFI.

The initial four-year contract is worth $1.2 billion and includes a variety of critical initiatives to update the state’s behavioral health service delivery system. The new plan will administer behavioral health services on behalf of the Department of Health and Welfare.
