Iowa provider receives $4M grant to expand behavioral health services

Dubuque, Iowa-based Hillcrest Family Services has received a $4 million federal grant to support its mental health services, The Telegraph Herald reported Oct. 11.

The organization will receive $1 million annually from HHS over the next four years, with the funds being used to bolster Hillcrest’s certified community behavioral health clinic model that aims to make mental healthcare more accessible.
