Ingenovis Health launches staff wellbeing and retention program

Healthcare staffing and recruiting company Ingenovis Health launched a program aimed at boosting retention and wellbeing for nurses and other healthcare professionals, the company said in a news release.

“The compounding healthcare provider shortage and the devastating burden of COVID-19 have compelled us to invest resources and tools to support our healthcare talent,” Ingenovis CEO Bart Valdez said.

The Ingenovis ACT program incorporates mental health support, financial counseling, continuing education and advocacy into its aim of reducing burnout and other attrition factors, the news release said. The program launched Aug. 2.
