According to The Dales Report, the therapy service is currently available in Washington, Colorado, New York state, California, Texas and Florida. The service is set to be available in 26 states by the end of the year and will allow patients the option of a four-month subscription with 18 treatments or six treatments over the course of one month.

The expansion of ketamine-centered treatment in recent years may prove to be pivotal in the treatment of depression, anxiety and other mental health conditions that have not responded to other treatment methods, according to WebMD.

Though the fundraising will allow Nue Life Health to develop its app and make ketamine treatment more accessible to patients in need, the cost of treatments is still a major setback. The app’s one-month subscription will cost more than $1,200, or around $208 for each ketamine treatment. The four-month subscription is priced at $2,800, equaling more than $150 per session.
