The grant comes from the organizations’ community benefit programs and will support agencies with local health programs and initiatives focused on health equity. Of the total, $2.815 million will be dedicated to supporting behavioral health programs across the county.
The $11 million comprises approved funding for 100 grant proposals for 2024. The receiving agencies are located in Campbell, Cupertino, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Los Gatos, Mountain View, San Jose, Santa Clara, Saratoga and Sunnyvale, according to an Aug. 8 press release from El Camino Health.
