Ms. Davis will serve as the company’s chief commercial officer and Mr. Tholen will take on the role of CFO, according to a Nov. 3 news release from Headway.
Ms. Davis has over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience and has previously led other companies in roles including chief growth officer and partner. In her position, Ms. Davis will oversee payer business development, partnership strategy and marketing.
Mr. Tholen has over 20 years of experience, previously serving as CFO of healthcare companies including Grove Collaborative, Thumbtack and Upwork. At Headway, Mr. Tholen will oversee financial strategy and growth.
