Empire BCBS adds 4 behavioral health providers to New York network

Insurance provider Empire BlueCross BlueShield added four digital mental healthcare provider companies to its New York network.

According to an Aug. 23 news release, the four companies now in network with Empire are:

1. Alma, a provider network that lets patients use a free directory to find in-network providers.

2. Headway, a company that provides tech-based administrative assistance to providers, including tools to help with credentialing, billing and revenue cycle management.

3. NOCD, a network of providers who specialize in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder.

4. Ophelia, a telehealth company offering telemedicine and medication-assisted treatment to individuals with substance use disorders.
