Dr. Garbely is an internist, psychiatrist and addiction medicine specialist with 24 years of experience, according to a Dec. 5 news release from the health system. Prior to his new position, he served as Wernersville, Pa.-based Caron Treatment Center’s addiction medicine fellowship program director, executive vice president of medical services and chief medical officer.
