Dr. Adam Grant to lead BetterUp workplace wellness program

Psychologist and author Adam Grant, PhD, will serve as chairman of coaching company BetterUp’s Center for Purpose and Performance.

The facility’s goal is to help industry leaders develop a sense of well-being, purpose and performance in their workplace through BetterUp’s events, coaching and research, according to an Oct. 4 news release from the company.

“With [Dr. Grant], we will create a center of excellence that will marshal the greatest minds across industry, business, and academia to study, uncover, and develop interventions and a deeper understanding of how purpose fuels peak performance,” Alexi Robichaux, CEO and co-founder of BetterUp, said in the release.
