National behavioral healthcare group Discovery Behavioral Health acquired 12 Anew Era TMS & psychiatry centers in California and Texas in July.
The company acquired six Texas locations and six California locations.
"We are pleased to welcome the team at Anew into the Discovery family," John Peloquin, Discovery president and CEO, said in a July 18 company news release. "This addition builds on our strategic mission to create a fully integrative care model, with multiple treatment models, both conventional and innovative, available through one access point."
