Centerstone’s component patient safety organization was accredited by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality after meeting a minimum of 15 requirements that ensure quality and safety, considering factors including care environment and treatment methods, according to a news release from the company shared with Becker’s on Oct. 20.

The company’s Patient Safety Organization is one of 101 certified centers nationwide and one of 10 that provide behavioral health services. The certification will remain in effect until 2025. The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality will conduct certification processes through that time period, the release said.
