The center will provide youth-centered inpatient mental health services for children ages 4-17, along with outpatient mental health and addiction services, according to a June 7 news release from Carle Health.

Trillium Place aims to address the youth behavioral health needs in the region by increasing the number of inpatient beds from 23 to 44, as well as increasing access to outpatient care and partial hospitalization programming. The center will feature a variety of services, including counseling, psychiatry, crisis services, addiction services and inpatient mental health services.

At the Becker's Fall Behavioral Health Summit, taking place November 4–5 in Chicago, behavioral health leaders and executives will explore strategies for expanding access to care, integrating services, addressing workforce challenges and leveraging innovation to improve outcomes across the behavioral health continuum.
