BlueSprig acquires Trumpet Behavioral Health, adds 40 locations

Autism treatment provider BlueSpring has acquired Lakewood, Colo.-based Trumpet Behavioral Health, alongside affiliates Therapeutic Pathways and the Behavior Center.

The acquisition will allow for enhanced service offerings and personalized care for families and will expand Trumpet’s reach to underserved communities, according to a blog post from Trumpet announcing the move. 

Trumpet currently includes 40 locations offering autism care across Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Michigan, Ohio and Texas. Through this move, it joins the list of BlueSprig’s affiliated companies, which includes the Florida Autism Center, Aptitude Habilitation Services, the Fusion Autism Center and the Cedar Group.

In addition, Trumpet CEO Josh Sleeper will now serve as chief operating officer for BlueSprig.
