With the partnership, Included Health will direct members to Bicycle Health through a transfer of relevant medical information and context, Bicycle Health said. The provider then works with patients to build a custom treatment plan including medication, peer support groups, therapy, buprenorphine management, housing and job support.
The partnership is now live, Bicycle said.
