The Watertown Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center is part of behavioral health organization Citizen Advocates, which first designed the model in 2017 and has other locations in Malone and Ogdensburg, according to a Dec. 12 news release.

The center opened earlier in the year but was recently granted state approval to offer 24-hour behavioral health urgent care services to patients without an appointment. It offers a variety of services, including medication management, outpatient withdrawal management services and individual, group and family mental health and addiction counseling.
