Valera offers virtual mental healthcare, therapy and psychiatry services for adults, adolescents and children ages 6 and older, according to an Oct. 3 news release. It also offers specialized programs, including serious mental illness, child and adolescent, and maternal health.

Through this partnership, Valera’s platform will support a variety of broad mental health conditions such as perinatal mental health, childhood and adolescent anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and schizophrenia for patients of Vermont’s only local, nonprofit health plan.

At the Becker's Fall Behavioral Health Summit, taking place November 4–5 in Chicago, behavioral health leaders and executives will explore strategies for expanding access to care, integrating services, addressing workforce challenges and leveraging innovation to improve outcomes across the behavioral health continuum.
