The acquisition expands ARC Health’s Ohio-based network into New York City, Washington, D.C., and Virginia, according to an Oct. 24 news release from the company. The company now has locations in eight states after it acquired practices in Connecticut, North Carolina, Tennessee and Minnesota earlier this year.
Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
