ARC Health acquires Dayspring Behavioral Health

ARC Health, a management services organization for behavioral health practices, has acquired Dayspring Behavioral Health, a mental health practice with four locations in the Seattle area.

DBH offers comprehensive counseling services and specialized pediatric neuropsychological assessment across its four centers, according to an Aug. 15 news release. The practice has formed partnerships with local doctoral and master's programs to serve as a training clinic.

"Dayspring's core values, mission, and objectives harmonize seamlessly with the ARC Healthcare partnership model," DBH founder Amy Ford, PsyD, said in the release. "Our shared mission is to deliver top-tier services to the community, enhance accessibility, and prioritize the well-being of our employees."

ARC Health is a portfolio company of the Thurston Group.
