Ontrak uses its AI-imputation algorithm to identify unaddressed and untreated behavioral health conditions, according to an Aug. 2 news release. The company pulled data from thousands of members who are enrolled in the WholeHealth+ program.

This data found that 42 percent of members who were diagnosed with substance use disorder did not have the diagnosis before enrollment, with 27 percent of users with depression or bipolar disorder, 21 percent with anxiety and 20 percent with schizophrenia being diagnosed after enrollment.
