Franklin, Tenn.-based Acadia Healthcare expects to reduce its 2026 capital spending by at least $300 million from its 2025 guidance of $600 million to $650 million, according to a Sept. 29 SEC filing.

The company also plans to add 500 to 700 beds in 2026, including those currently under construction.

Same-facility patient days have grown by approximately 1.3% so far in the third quarter, the filing said.

The update was provided in conjunction with a Jefferies Healthcare Services Conference appearance by Acadia’s senior leadership.
