Acadia to cut 90 jobs with North Carolina facility closure

Franklin, Tenn.-based Acadia Healthcare will shut down one of its residential eating disorder treatment facilities in Durham, N.C., according to a Sept. 11 WARN filing. 

The North Carolina Department of Commerce report indicated Carolina House Homestead & Cottage will close Nov. 8, and 90 employees will be laid off. 

Acadia operates a network of 274 behavioral health facilities across 39 states and Puerto Rico, with 25,000 employees.
