9 behavioral health facility openings in 2 weeks

From new behavioral health crisis units to full facilities, here are nine new behavioral health projects that Becker's has reported on since Jan. 16:

1. Overlook Medical Center in Summit, N.J., expanded to include a behavioral health crisis unit.
2. A behavioral health urgent care has opened in Jacksonville, N.C.
3. River Edge Behavioral Health is demolishing a shopping complex to make way for a new behavioral health center and outpatient clinic in Macon, Ga.
4. Substance use recovery services provider Diamond Recovery Group is opening its first behavioral health facility.
5. Behavioral health provider Sweetser opened a behavioral health and substance use clinic in Sanford, Maine.
6. Hartford-based Connecticut Children's is opening a 12-unit medical-psychiatric unit at its main campus.
7. CHI Mercy Health opened a behavioral health unit in Roseburg, Ore.
8. Clearwater, Fla.-based BayCare Health System is opening the first behavioral health urgent care center in West Central Florida.
9. A new pediatric mental health urgent care is under construction at University of Rochester (N.Y.) Medical Center.
