Here are seven new behavioral health projects that Becker's has reported on since Nov. 22:
- A new Addiction Recovery Care psychiatric facility opened in Russell, Ky.
- A 24/7 urgent recovery center is opening in Tulsa, Okla.
- Preferred Family Healthcare opened a new behavioral health crisis center in Kirksville, Mo.
- A ribbon cutting ceremony was held for the Olympic Heritage Behavioral Health Hospital in Tukwila, Wash. The state has hired more than 200 staff members to operate the hospital.
- Sarasota (Fla.) Memorial Hospital is opening a new behavioral health pavilion that includes four inpatient units.
- Alliance Healthcare Services received a $1 million grant from the Memphis (Tenn.) City Council to support its Crisis Wellness Center to be built in the city.
- Kern Behavioral Health and Recovery Services is looking to open a new facility in Kern County, Calif.
