Administrative support employees had the highest of all behavioral health positions, according to a report from the Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Services.
The 2023 HCS Behavioral Health Salary & Benefits Report surveyed 462 behavioral health facilities and gathered data on 31,361 employees. The report included responses from nonprofit and for-profit facilities across 56 jobs.
Administrative support employees reported a 33 percent turnover rate, a slight increase over last year, when turnover rate was 32.3 percent. The vacancy rate for administrative support employees of behavioral health facilities was 14.2 percent on average.
