Columbus, Ohio-based Boundless and Lafayette Hill, Pa.-based Merakey USA have affiliated to create a shared organization focused on providing care for individuals with autism, mental health conditions, substance use disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities and other complex needs.
Boundless will continue operating under its existing name, maintain its leadership team and local governance structure while continuing to deliver services throughout Ohio, according to a June 25 news release. The organization will connect to Merakey’s broader platform while preserving its organizational identity and community presence.
Together, the organizations support more than 50,000 individuals and families across 12 states through more than 11,000 employees as well as generate more than $1 billion in annual revenue.
The affiliation aims to create opportunities for collaboration in workforce development, leadership advancement, technology, quality improvement, data and analytics, operational excellence and advocacy, according to the release.
