- Washoe County (Nev.) Commissioners have voted to buy the closed West Hills Behavioral Health Hospital in Reno, Nev., for $5 million, with an estimated $10 million needed for repairs.
- Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers is expanding its flagship clinic in Milwaukee to add substance use disorder services. The project is funded in part by a $4.7 million gift from Milwaukee-based Froedtert Health and will include a 21,000-square-foot addition to the clinic.

- Meridian Behavioral Healthcare is leading the effort to build a central receiving facility for four mental healthcare facilities in Gainesville, Fla. The project began with a $500,000 investment from Alachua County and the city of Gainesville, and the Florida Legislature approved over $1 million in May for annual operations.
