Opioid treatment center opens in Ohio

The Community Health Alliance has opened an opioid treatment center in Middletown, Ohio, ABC affiliate WPCO reported Jan. 8.

The center includes an on-site pharmacy offering methadone dispensing for patients with opiate addictions, case management and care coordination, the report said.

The center also provides individual and group counseling, with two group therapy rooms and four individual therapy rooms.
