The program offers vouchers for up to $2,000 for mental or behavioral health services and family counseling through a partnership with the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food and USU Extension.

The vouchers are available to individuals and families with or without insurance and have been used by over 70 recipients throughout Utah since the program launched in 2020, covering an estimated $60,000 in services.

Program counseling covers a diverse range of topics, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, post-traumatic stress disorder and substance use disorder, the report said.
