Through this partnership, Evernow users with any multimonth plan will have access to Talkspace’s mental health services and resources, according to a Dec. 11 news release. Talkspace’s self-guided program includes psychoeducation, reflections, exercises and journaling.

Evernow found that 61.4% of women going through menopause reported feeling symptoms of anxiety and depression, the release said.

At the Becker's Fall Behavioral Health Summit, taking place November 4–5 in Chicago, behavioral health leaders and executives will explore strategies for expanding access to care, integrating services, addressing workforce challenges and leveraging innovation to improve outcomes across the behavioral health continuum.
