MetroCare’s Hillside Innovation Center is a three-building, $90 million campus, with financial support from donations and public money from MetroCare, Dallas County, and MetroCare partner Dallas-based Parkland Hospital.

The center will accommodate the increasing need for behavioral healthcare, as the old hospital’s conditions only allowed for four of the 11 campus buildings to be utilized.

At the Becker's Fall Behavioral Health Summit, taking place November 4–5 in Chicago, behavioral health leaders and executives will explore strategies for expanding access to care, integrating services, addressing workforce challenges and leveraging innovation to improve outcomes across the behavioral health continuum.
