The Green Shoe Foundation has opened a new facility in Guthrie, Okla., ABC affiliate KOCO reported Aug. 8.
The 10,000 square-foot facility will offer five-day mental wellness retreats led by licensed therapists to help adults age 21 and older address childhood trauma. Participants in the retreat will also have access to 415 acres of land on the property to have time outside.
Retreats through the Green Shoe Foundation are offered at no cost, according to the foundation's website.
