The program will provide outpatient services for patients with mental health disorders, according to an April 10 news release. Unlike many intensive outpatient programs, the program at Hanley Center will not require patients to have a substance use disorder diagnosis to receive services.
The program will be led by psychologist Tommy McGee, who specializes in mental health, addiction treatment, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing.
Patients in the intensive outpatient program will be eligible for a variety of treatments, including narrative exposure therapy, brainspotting, expressive arts therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
