The pods will offer virtual and in-person therapy sessions and psychoeducation sessions, as well as yoga, art, sound and dance therapy workshops. Students can also use the pods to rest.
The She Care pods are for female-identifying people. There are plans to launch additional pods for male and nonbinary-identifying people.
Alabama State University in Montgomery will be the first campus to offer the pods, with more HBCUs following after.
