Dr. Benders-Hadi most recently served as vice president and medical director of behavioral health at Included Health, according to a news release shared Oct. 24 with Becker’s. She has also previously served as chief of psychiatry at Rockland Psychiatric Center in Orangeburg, N.Y.
Dr. Benders-Hadi is a board-certified psychiatrist with research interests in women’s mental health issues and recovery-focused treatment programs for individuals with serious mental illness.
In this role, she will oversee Talkspace’s clinical practice and partner with providers to deliver high-quality digital mental healthcare as Talkspace’s user base continues to grow, the release said.
